Ara Chu
Office/Public Relation Manager
Ara Chu has been with our dental office for over 20 years. She is familiar with all aspects of administrating. Ara took a road trip with her husband from Toronto all the way to west coast of Canada for almost six weeks in 2019 as a celebration of his retirement. She is a proud mother of 2 boys and enjoys managing our fast-paced dental office while keeping an outstanding work-life balance. Her interests include practicing the piano and indulging in a TV series call Law & Order, SVU and Love Nature. Ara is a wealth of resources and is happy to answer any questions about our dental office.
Bernadette Chen
Treatment coordinator
Bernadette experiences as treatment coordination and office administrator came from her background as a certified office administrator from Seneca and certified level 1 dental assistant from CDI college. She has been working in the dental field for over ten years. She is fluent speaking Hakka, Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Bernadette loves spending time with friends and family, travelling and exploring different cultures. It always makes her happy seeing patients leaving the office smiling.
Flora Cheng
Public Relation
”World is round. Moving people in the same circle is the key factor to get the job done.” Flora graduated from Hong Kong Academy Performance Arts. She has amassed a wealth of communicating experience in media both in Toronto and Hong Kong. Before her present job, Flora was a producer in a television station. To sustain a good relationship with clients and vendors is her daily job and her strength and passion.
