Paolo Ramirez
Dental Level II Chairside Assistant
Paolo completed his dental assisting program in 2011. He has been working with Dr. Lin since 2014 and joined T.I.D.E in 2015. His highly energetic personality is contagious, and his work ethic is unparalleled. Paolo specializes in assisting with implant placement cases, Teeth-in-a-day procedures, and indirect and direct sinus procedures with implant placement.
Serena Lim
Dental Level II Chairside Assistant
With over ten years of experience assisting in dentistry, Serena is passionate about her work and is always striving for improvement. Upon receiving her certification as a Dental Assistant (CDA, level II) from Anderson College in 2017, she worked in various general dental and specialist offices. She has been working at Toronto Dental Specialists since 2018.
A hardworking, caring and attentive staff member, Serena ensures each client she meets gets the care and attention they deserve, so they will always feel at home in the office.
Serena is fluent in six languages, including English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and various dialects from Malaysia. She enjoys bringing homemade food to her collogues to share her joy.
